Description
The grape varieties that make up this blend are, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa and Tinta Roriz, They come from a single vineyard that was planted with these 3 grape varieties with an average age of more than 20 years, located in the Parish from Gouvinhas, Sabrosa, facing the river Ceira, a few hundred miles from meters with the mouth of the Douro. Aging was done 100% in new barrels of French oak for about 20 months. Unfiltered wine, subject to deposit.
The wine should be served at a temperature of around 18 ºC. It goes well with cured cheeses, red meat, such as grilled meat and the beautiful roast goat.
