Description

Aging was done with 100% of the wine in stainless steel vats. This wine It was bottled on November 29, 2021 I have been harvesting the grapes at September 20, 2020. The stage was 100% in stainless steel vats during approx. 1 year, with slight filtration prior to bottling.
Wine with a bright red color. Aromas of black fruit, such as black cherry and blackberry, with nuances of spices. Fresh in the mouth, with an acidity and amazing fruit, sustaining soft and velvety tannins. Long finish, persistent and very elegant.
The wine should be served chilled at a temperature of around 16ºC. Goes well with several types of dishes, from the most delicate to more elaborate products, such as duck magré or red meats.
