Description

The 2016 harvest, with its deep red color, is highly concentrated, featuring strong notes of red berry fruits complemented by hints of coffee, mocha, vanilla, and dried fruits within a full-bodied, complex, fresh, elegant, and persistent structure. Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels, with a minimum of 19 months in the bottle before the start of commercialization. It pairs well with red meat dishes and game. Cheers!
