Description

To highlight the terroir of Bairrada, this wine is produced from grapes from a vineyard called Formal. Located in Óis do Bairro, on a small east-facing slope, it is at the heart of the Bairrada white wine region mapped out by António Augusto Aguiar in 1866 in his Memórias dos Processos de Vinificação.
