Castelão (50%) and Aragonez (50%), planted
on clay-limestone soils with a great
exposure to maritime winds and cool
temperatures all year round, due to the
proximity from the Atlantic Ocean.
Fermentation in
stainless – steel, fully destamed, unoaked.
Garnet-colored
wine, aroma and palate of red fruits, with hints of mint
and pepper. A fresh red wine, with a balanced acidity due
to the influence of the coast.
