Description

Almost 20 years after my first experiment with Baga from ungrafted vines, in sandy soil, my craziness reappeared and I repeated the experiment with more risk and pleasure… The aim was to show the Essence of Baga from chalky-clay soil.
With this vineyard I have a commitment: if one vine is killed by phylloxera, I will replant another.
In order to get the best from this vineyard, I achieve a natural concentration leaving just one bunch per vine.
These are my renovating votes to Baga.
