In 2015, Poeirinho shows a very bright violet color. The aroma is very generous, with fruit, very expressive and aromatic. With time in the glass it shows a lot of class, with a very fine and delicate aroma. It impresses with its salty, maritime notes, very typical of the limestone terroir. In the mouth, it’s very precise, with great structure and a lot of grip. It’s incisive, deeply mineral and refreshing, with fresh fruit (cherries, strawberries and wild berries). The high acidity and present but polished tannins make us believe that it will evolve very well in the bottle. Very long, vertical and fresh finish. It should be enjoyed slightly chilled (15ºC) and in Pinot Noir-type glasses.
