Description
WINEMAKING PROCESS: This Port Wine is produced by peel maceration, fermented at a controlled temperature (18-20ºC), and when the must reaches the desired sweetness value, the fermentation is interrupted by the addition of brandy (77%). It is subsequently aged in oak wood in the warehouse of Vila Nova de Gaia until bottled.
TASTING NOTES: Dry golden 10 Year-old white wine, on the nose there are notes of vanilla and spices, combined with a floral touch. In the mouth, confirms all these aromas, which, combining subtle wood and good acidity, give unique characteristics to this wine, which has a long and pleasant aftertaste.
