Description

Winemaking Process: Wine fermented with partial de-stemming at a controlled temperature (24-28ºC) when the must reaches the sweetness value desired, fermentation is stopped by addition of brandy (77%). 50 YEARS is a wine of very high quality obtained by blending different wines from different harvests, making up the
age indicated on the label, having aged in oak wood until they are bottled in warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia.
Tasting Notes: Light golden wine with hints greenish. Wine with a complex and intense aroma, with several layers, where notes of honey appear, spices and a chemical touch. In the mouth it has
same complexity with vibrant acidity and a quite prolonged finish.
