Description

Contradição is a mono-varietal (100% Alvarinho). It’s a wine
fermented and aged in very old barrels for 7 months, after which it ages for 1 year in the bottle. This wine, intends to pay homage to the founders of the company PROVAM. In contradiction with the times they were living, they embarked on adventure that has lasted for 25 years.

It should be drunk between 14-16ºC, with enormous aging potential.
Pairs well with grilled fish, seafood, meat dishes
(roast beef), strong cheeses and ham.
