Description

A rather unexpected citrus color for a Pinot Noir sparkling wine. It develops enormously in the glass, bringing aromas of loquat, cherry stones, pink pepper and autolytic notes. Dry and firm, fine and creamy, with persistent bubbles and lots of class.
