Description
VINIFICATION
Fermented in small stainless steel vats at a temperature of 15ºC for 21 days, after cryo maceration for 12 hours.
TASTING NOTES
Reveals scents of yellow pulp fruits, light floral, some nuances of lychees, with a fresh and
intense mouth feel. Perfectly accompanies seafood or white meat dishes.
GASTRONOMY
It goes perfectly with fish, seafood or white meat dishes.
It should be served at a temperature of 10º C
