Description
VINIFICATION
Fermentation in small stainless steel vats, 30% of the batch in new and used 500 liter barrels,
with bâtonnage for 150 days.
TASTING NOTES
Citrus-colored wine with aromas of white fruits. It has some notes of toast and honey, with a
fresh and balanced mouthfeel, good unctuousness and complexity.
GASTRONOMY
It goes well with fish and seafood dishes as well as oriental cuisine.
It should be served at a temperature of 10º C in a tall glass
