Description
VINIFICATION
From a blend of grape varieties Castelão (35%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), Caladoc (20%) and
Alicant Boushet (15%) individually fermented in stainless stell vats at temperature of 24º C.
TASTING NOTES
This ruby colored winw, elegante scents of red fruits, slight floral and balsamic notes, with a
balanced, smooth mouth and elegante finish.
GASTRONOMY
Ideal to accompany meat dishes of the region´s traditional cuisine.
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC
