Vineyard about 20 years old, planted on poor, well-drained sandy
“moorland” soils.
VINIFICATION
Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for 18 days.
TASTING NOTES
Citrus color, aromas of white fruits and light floral notes. The palate is fresh, intense and balanced.
GASTRONOMY
Ideal to accompany fish dishes, seafood or simply as an aperitif.
