Description
Citrus colored wine, it has an intense aroma of tropical fruits, with floral nuances, typical on this grape variety. Elegant and fresh palate, with a long and smooth finish. Pressing of whole bunches, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature between 10/12ºC (90% of the batch), the remaining 10% that make up the batch fermented in French oak barrels followed by batonnage for approximately 8 months.
