Description

TASTING NOTES: The nose is intense with green peppers, dark chocolate and blackberries. It is a complex, full bodied wine with smooth tannins.
VINIFICATION: Harvest by mid-September. Fermentation in concrete tanks covered with epoxy with cold temperature control for 10-12 days with maceration afterwards.
 FOOD PAIRING: Perfect for meat, game and cheese and charcuterie.
