Description

Winemaking Process: Full destemming. Pre-fermentative maceration at low temperature – cold soaking. Fermentation in steel vats at controlled temperature. Long maceration. Ageing in french oak.
Tasting Notes: Bright and intense ruby color. Fruity on the nose, with wood and toast notes. Ripe and intense dark fruit is a dominant tasting note, tanslating in a highly structured wine with a long and
attractive ending.
