60% Chardonnay and 40% Arinto.
WINEMAKING & AGEING
40% of the batch fermented in new and used French oak
barrels. The rest fermented in stainless steel vats for 14 days.
The fermented wine in the barrel remained there for 7 months.
TASTING NOTES
A classic blend, with dried fruits and apricot from the French
grape variety and citrus notes of orange and lemon from the
Portuguese. Full body, discreet smoked, in a complex, intense
and persistent, sophisticated and elegant set.

Cod, fatty or intensely avored sh, white meat, cheese.
