WINEMAKING & AGEING
50% of the blend is aged for 6 months in new and used barrels on
100% of its lees, and the other 50% is aged for 6 months on 100%
of its lees.
TASTING NOTES
Intense aroma, striking notes of wood, pineapple syrup and oral
notes that reminds us of linden and chamomile. In the mouth, it is
a wine with a fair body, unctuous and balanced by the acidity,
long-lasting and with smoky notes, due to the stage in barrels.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS
Thanks to its acidity, it complements perfectly all kinds of fatty
dishes, such as grilled sh like sardines and tempuras.
