Winemaking Process: Total destemming and fermentation in old granitic lagars. Ageing in used french oak barrels. Fine tuning in bottle since November 2014.
Tasting Notes: Intense ruby colour. Floral and balsamic aroma. Elegant structure, delicate character and with a fresh final.
