Description

Sercialinho is a unique grape made by the center of studies in Batalha – Portugal that was sent to Bairrada in 1960. It’s a hybrid grape that is a cross of Cercial (from Madeira) and Alvarinho.
At that time, my father planted a vineyard in Quinta do Ribeirinho and after all those years that grape was blended for our Vinhas Velhas white! But in 2013 I’ve decided to do a wine with Sercialinho and then in 2019 I’ve done the first wine from this particular vineyard!
