Hand-picked estate grapes. Foot-treading in traditional lagares. Fortification with high quality neutral grape spirit before 7-8 years aging in neutral French oak 500-liter barrels.
Pair with grilled nuts, orchard fruit, caramel and spice desserts, vanilla ice cream, aged comte, gouda or parmesan cheese, or prosciutto and melon.
