Description
Meticulous and manual harvest respecting the integrity of the berries. Natural winemaking, without the addition of yeast, sulfites or any type of stabilizer. Open spout method, with slight maceration in the press, fermentation and aging for 8 months in barrels.
Salmon-colored rosé, reveals a floral nose and some red berries. Fresh wine with high acidity, but well balanced with its unctuousness. Slightly saline touch at the end of the mouth, maintaining the aromatic profile of the beginning of the tasting.
