Description

After manual harvesting and a careful selection of bunches, the
destemmed grapes were placed in stainless steel tanks, where they fermented at a controlled temperature of around 18ºC. The fermentation process for this wine was as natural as possible, following a strategy of minimal intervention and without any addition of oenological products.
