Description

IDENTITY
A light, pleasing, only briefly extracted and yet barrel-aged red wine for every day.
TASTING NOTES
Medium red. Clean and fruity, red berries, some floral notes. Mild and softly textured with tannic structure at the end supporting the wine.
SERVICE & PAIRING
Serve at 14 – 16ºC. Goes well with everyday dishes or on its own.
VINIFICATION & AGEING
Grapes from carefully tended vines with strong yield reduction. Strict manual selection. Temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tank, short extraction on skins to accentuate the fruity character. Aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels. Completely handmade and unfined.
