Description

No more than 5297 bottles were made of this wine. A classic 12 months french barrel–aged red wine of the highest quality. Completely handmade, unfiltered and unfined.

Deep ruby colour. Lush black fruit with a touch of malt, cloves and smoke. Full-bodied, with round tannins in a balanced combination of wood and fruit. Long finish with delicate fruit and a touch of barrel toast.

Serve at 15 – 17ºC. Decanting a few hours before drinking will open the full aromatic potential. Goes well with game, grilled meat and spicy foods.
