TASTING NOTES
Gold colour.
Gentle on the nose with notes of dried raisins, almonds, a hint of lavender, a slight hint of stems, and tobacco leaf.
Round palate, fresh and citrusy acidity. A taste of bitter almond on a fine and persistent dry finish.
Highly gastronomic.
Excellent as an aperitif.
SERVING & CELLARAGE
Recommended service temperature between 11/13ºC. It will last and maintain in good condition several months once opened.
