Description
The grapes were harvested and chosen by hand in order to
select the best bunches. The wine fermented in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature.
CELLAR TIME: 3 months in bottle
AROMA: Fruity aroma, predominantly green apple and melon. Herbal notes of asparagus.
FLAVOUR: Marked acidity with mineral notes giving a persistent aftertaste.
GASTRONOMY: Very gastronomic when paired with fish dishes in the oven and roasted meats.
