Description
Vinified between the months of August / September,
this wine is kept in contact with the wine masses inside the
clay pot until December, remaining in contact with the clay
for a total of 4 months. Although made from the same grapes,
Talha Wine has the singularity of being different from one clay
pot to the others. This happens due to the unique touch each
clay pot concedes to the wine.
“Talha Premium White” is an special wine, since it comes from
what we consider to be the best amphora of the year.
Therefore it is a single batch, numbered and with its
production limited to the capacity of the chosen amphora.
