TASTING NOTES
Amber colour.
Clean and fresh on the nose.
Aroma with notes of quince, nuts, floral, tobacco leaf, and dried figs.
Palate with some dryness, citrusy flavour, baked fruit, balanced with a slightly spicy fresh acidity, fine and persistent finish.
Excellent as an aperitif. Pairs well with cold cuts and cheese.
SERVING & CELLARAGE
Recommended service temperature between 13/14ºC. It will last and maintain in good condition several months once opened.
