Description
TASTING NOTES:Profound and dense colour with aromas of strawberries, cherries, raspberries and currants. The mouth is round and with smooth tannins.
VINIFICATION: Harvest by mid-September. Fermentation in concrete tanks (with epoxy) with cold temperature control for 10-12 days. Staged 6 months in deposit.
FOOD PAIRING: Is the perfect pairing for pasta, meat and grilled meat.
