Description

Deep ruby color. Very complex aroma, notes of red fruit jam, aniseed and
spices. In the mouth, it is very voluminous, creamy, with firm tannins and
an elegant and long finish.
Integrated Production, without use of herbicide, vineyard planted in 2012
at an altitude of 310 meters.
Manual harvest of 50% Alicante Bouschet and 50% Tinta Miúda (Graciano).
After destemming, the grapes go to marble presses where the alcoholic
fermentation takes place and the traditional foot treading is done followed
by aging for 18 months in second year French oak barrels.
