Description
Harvest by hand and step on foot in small pink marble lakes of Estremoz. Wine from Portuguese grape varieties in the Sustainable Production system: Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Miúda (Graciano). Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Very charming wine, with notes of small black fruits and pepper. It pairs with Wagyu beef loin with sautéed vegetables, cod “à lagareiro” or 4-cheese pizza.
