Description

Pale pink color, fruity aroma with notes of raspberry and redcurrant. Integrated Production, without use of herbicide, vineyard planted in 2012 at an altitude of 310 meters.
Wine with good volume, structure and excellent acidity that gives it great freshness and persistence. The grapes were hand-picked and transported in small boxes to the cellar where they were stored in a cold chamber at 3 C for 24 hours. Then they were selected and gently pressed to obtain a light pink color. The grape juice was decanted cold (10°C) and than fermented at temperature controlled in concrete tank After fermentation, the wine was aged for 6 months in a concrete tank (70%) and in used barrels (30%) until bottling.
