Amber colour.
Fresh bouquet, delicate and subtle aroma. Hints of walnuts, dried apricot, varnished wood, ripe citrus, and salty caramel.
Palate with beautiful dryness and just the right acidity. Citrus flavours and a slight saltiness in a fine, persistent, and elegant finish.
Excellent as an aperitif.

SERVING & CELLARAGE
Recommended service temperature between 14/16ºC. It will last and maintain in good condition several months once opened.
