TASTING NOTES
Golden with greenish reflections. The bouquet presents menthol and fresh pine notes, dried carob, cocoa powder, black tea, plum, and dried figs. The taste is citrusy, with a beautiful acidity that keeps it refreshingly almost spicy. The finish is salty and elegant on the palate.
Excellent as an aperitif, pairs well with cheese.
SERVING & CELLARAGE
Serve best at 14ºC or low room temperature 16ºC. It will last and maintain in good condition several months once opened.
