TASTING NOTES
Citrus colour.
Aromatic nose with notes of white and yellow fruit, slight floral hints, sea breeze, smoked and well-integrated toasty nuances. The oak gives it a round and smooth structure, a lingering fresh acidity and a slight salty finish.
Excellent as an aperitif, with seafood, limpets, grilled or marinated fish.
