Notes of orange blossom, quince jelly, dried fruits and raisins in the background. The mouth seduces by the softness of the luscious citrus flavors. Well-polished edges enriched by the smoothness of the acidity. Some dryness in the long tangy, elegant finish.
Excellent as an aperitif, consommé, dried ham, spaghetti with clams and orange, cheese and olives.

SERVING & CELLARAGE
Service temperature recommended between 11/12ºC. It will last and maintain in good condition several months once opened.
