Description
An internationally recognized grape variety with an unusual expression in the Algarve terroir. On the nose, the exuberance of the tropical notes combines two oceanic components: the vegetal, which reminds us of seaweed, and the minerality that brings us the sea. Fermentation in stainless steel and ageing on the lees gives it an interesting volume in the mouth, enriched by an almost rocky aftertaste. An experience that comes alive and lingers due to its fresh acidity.
