Description

Fermented in vats with foot treading. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and 24 months in the bottle. Aroma of black fruit (blackberry, blueberry, and plum), dried bay leaf, damp earth, and black pepper. Soft tannin and lively acidity, good concentration and very pleasant freshness until the end.
