Description
VINIFICATION: The grapes were harvested and selected by hand in order to select the best bunches. The wine fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
AGEING: 3 months in the bottle
AROMA: Fruity, with a predominance of mango, papaya and apple.
FLAVOUR: Full-bodied and balanced, with good acidity, minerality and a persistent finish.
CUISINE: Goes well with fish, seafood and light cold meat dishes and sushi.
