GRAPES: 25% Castelão, 25% Cabernet S., 20% Touriga Nacional, 20% Alicante B. and 10% Syrah
VINIFICATION: The grapes were harvested and selected by hand in order to select the best bunches. Fermentation was carried out separately in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
AGEING: 3 months in bottle
AROMA: Wild fruits, chocolate and floral notes.
FLAVOR: Fresh on the palate, well-structured and persistent.
CUISINE: Meat dishes, roasted fish and cheeses.
