HARVEST YEAR: 2022
GRAPE VARIETIES: 40% Chardonnay, 40% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Alvarinho
VINIFICATION: The grapes were harvested and selected by hand in order to select the best bunches. The wine fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, preserving all the fruit and freshness characteristic of the region.
ARROW: Very fruity with notes of citrus, green apple and mango.
FLAVOUR: Strong acidity with mineral notes, giving a persistent finish.
CUISINE: Ideal to accompany fish, seafood, light cold meat dishes and sushi.
