Description

Baga is an indigenous Portuguese grape variety, perfectly rooted in Bairrada. To show the character of this terroir, this wine is made from a vineyard called Panasqueira. On a small slope facing south, we can find archaeological fossils in limestone, as well as a pine forest, which add a special character and aroma.
Tasting previous vintages of this wine, since the first in 1995, you can see the evolution of my winemaking, my personality and my creativity.
