TASTING NOTES
Colour: Straw
Fresh and elegant aroma, hints of ripe apricot, brioche, wildflower, and subtle citrus. Round and subtle on the palate with pure and fresh acidity. Persistent dryness, some flavor of greenish pineapple, finesse in a very pleasant fresh finish.
Excellent as an aperitif, with seafood, marinated or grilled fish.
