The hand picked fruits were sorted and totally de-stemmed on arrival at the winery. The fermentation occurred in a traditional “lagar”, during one week. No added yeasts.
Light coloured, with a balsamic and fresh aroma. On the mouthfeel, its elegance, freshness and salinity will take you back to the classic and distinctive Atlantic wines from the Sintra coastline.
