The Vinum Novum Palhete is a unique blend of white grape varieties Antão Vaz, Arinto, and Viosinho with the red Trincadeira, harvested in August. Bottled swiftly on November 11th, this wine boasts a mere three months of contact with the grape skins, imparting a youthful character, aromatic presence, and abundant fresh fruit notes. It’s manually bottled without filtration and with minimal sulfites, making it best enjoyed within two years of bottling. This Talha wine is produced annually in red, white, and palhete versions.
