Description

Pale yellow color with greenish reflections, the glycerin and its density can be clearly appreciated in the movement of the glass. The nose is dominated by Sauvignon Blanc at the beginning, with notes of passion fruit and grapefruit. As it aerates, fresh pear and acacia blossom appear, all surrounded by light toast and pastry notes. Tremendously enticing. The constant and delicate work with the lees, together with the essence of the varietals, makes for a wine that is ample, powerful, round and very long. It is a wine to enjoy, with an elegant acidity that arms the whole set where the fruit in the retronasal appears with great force and continues to catch us.
