Welcome to Yon Wine! Your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return a product purchased through our Yon Wine app, please carefully read our return policy below:

 

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, as provided by the Consumer Protection Code.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team using our email customer@yonwine.com

2. Return Conditions

The product must be in its original packaging, unused, with the security seal intact, and accompanied by all accessories and gifts, if applicable.
Products that have been opened, partially or fully consumed, or damaged by the customer, cannot be returned.

3. Return Charges

The cost of shipping for the return is the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transportation.
The original shipping cost will not be refunded, except when the return is due to a defect or damage.

4. Exchange or Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, you will be notified through our app regarding the approval or denial of the return.
If approved, you may choose to exchange the product for another item available in our stock or receive a refund for the product’s purchase price.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days after the return is approved.

5. Return Due to Defect or Damage

If the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transportation, you may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receipt.
In these cases, all shipping costs will be covered by us.

6. Return Procedure

To initiate the return process, go to “My Account” in the app and select “My Orders.” Choose the order you wish to return and follow the provided instructions.
Ensure that the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

7. Special Conditions

Products purchased during special promotions or with discounted pricing may be subject to specific return conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
